Hi Everyone,
Thanks for reporting the issues with the new Halloween wildlife over the weekend. There are clearly a couple of oversights and ways I can make the new Underwater Halloween better, so I've made the following changes:

- The Frog issue should now be fixed, so Ghostly Frogs will now count towards getting (land-based) Adults to return to your garden.

- The Ghostly Sea-Unicorn now plants Violet Pondweed, which saves you having to revert to the regular Sea-Unicorn for this.

- The Halloween Underwater background was freezable, which was a glitch. This effect should not be freezable as it causes confusion, so this has been fixed.

- I've made it so the Mermaid will never come while you are in the Halloween Pond. (Previously, if you had a Halloween Pond, then added another Toadstool but no Halloween Flower, then she might have visited - it would be 50/50 whether you would get a Mermaid or Merwitch. To make things less confusing/frustrating, the Mermaid will no longer come to a Halloween Pond setup at all.

One final note: When you're on land and trying to attract the Merwitch for the first time, take care that you have a Flowering H

They are planted by underwater mythological wildlife spotted in your own garden, into the coloured Rocks which are available from the Pond section of the Pot Shop.

If you have a look at the Pond Mythological part of the Pond section in the Wildlife Guide, you can see which myth needs which colour of rocks, and how many you need for it to plant the pondweed.

I have this copied on my back wall:

To do all Pondweed Combos with one set of weeds!

Get ALL your u/w myths to within 1 or 2 of planting the pond weed,
then plant as follow: violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow and orange.

Plant a new toadstool and then a supershroom.

1. Dust for goldfish - orange and yellow
2. Dust for angel fish and squid- blue and indigo
3. Dust the violet for the dolphin.
4. Dust the green for Nessie.
5. Pull the indigo and plant red for the turtle.
6. Pull the orange for the puffer.

It worked fine for me, except I forgot to wait for the squid and had to that one after. Good luck!! ^_^

Nests don't attract birds.

Completed hummingbird nests are unbreakable, so you can use them for Easter eggs (for chicks and baby sea-horses), cuckoo chicks, and Fairytale ducklings.  They can be useful to protect your other nests if you're doing chicks - keep one to the left of the one you're trying to get an egg into, and if a cuckoo nests you can shoo it without it taking up a use of your ordinary nest :)
