Good morning splash--white mouse ty. It is still a sunny morning and a bit cool to start but think we are going to be hot by noon again. First day of fall is Sept. 22 so Sunday is the first day of fall--its not really looking like a first day and my view is well dotted with bright oranges and reds already.Got my list of things I can think of that I will need(may get another go in a few weeks to stock up before hunting season but for now I will try and get ahead, Preyy quiet around here lately--no big news anyway except seems we have all new people working here again--they never seem to keep anyone and especially if they do a goodjob. Hello Ed, TY for the mouse. It was the Little River Band and they were very good. Lots of memorable songs. There is now a group in the USA using the name and playing the songs due to some bungle years ago by management and the name was sold. Crazy. Even though David and I divorced I can now listen to the original songs and feel proud of him. He really was a great guitarist and song writer. The craziness of drugs got in our way. Not me taking them. Oh well it is all in the past.

Hello Ed, dinner done. I had another busy day  at the Op shop. Just as I was thinking that I had dealt with the books a couple arrived with 2 big tubs of books. It always seems to happen near closing time. So I have them in the back room. Oh poor Tracey and her shower problems. I hope that she can get it sorted soon. Like you I have also had a similiar problem. Did you know that Lewis Carrol's real name is Charles Lutwidge Dodgson? He was a Mathematics Professor at Oxford. Just a bit of trivia for you. I am now thinking about bed and listening to the football on the radio as I read. We are at the pointy end of the season. Collingwood plays tomorrow. Fingers crossed. Enjoy your day.

splashed--golden dragon ty It is another cool but sunny stat to the day and they say upper 20's so our false summer keeps on going,wonder if it was all change when we officialy are into fall. The more I think about it the more the idea of surgery makes sense--but why wasn't this an option months ago!! Kevin is going to fit me into the pre hunt plans--we are going out Fri night after work so the bunch can go to the bush Sat for a work party. Kevin was up to the bush last weekend and the bridge across the ditch has been washed downstream a bit so it need put back in place and the weeds are so high none of the paths are easy to get along. I did catch some of that sports but mostly I watched it on the weekend. Have a good day

Hello Ed, it was balcony weather today although I am now inside. Cats inside, dinner done. I watched the news as I ate my meal. Charles and Trump seem to be getting on well. I really should try not to feel so negative. I may have to slip back into Wonderland and think about painting. Thank you for your suggestions. I have saved them. I will soon go to bed and continue reading Alice. I haven't read it for years. It is really a strange story. Have you ever read the book? As I was writing to you I glanced up at my bookshelves and spotted a book, 'Lewis Carroll - a biography'. Hmmm. I think that I may reread that one tonight. My friend and I like to go out somewhere once a month. We wanted the seaside and haven't been to Eastbourne in years. It's the last outside trip this year I think.
