Hi Grace...wow that sounds brilliant!  Although I wouldn't be able to pick strawberries in that heat.  It's 22 c here at the moment and it feels like 30.  I am hiding in my kitchen thinking I would put some fresh cream on those strawberries you picked lol.  Fair play to you, you certainly picked a lot.  Awwww poor Nikki she probably can't understand why she wasn't going out with you as she always did before.  Your right to leave her behind though she wouldn't have thanked you for it in that heat. 
Congrats on getting your quest done.  I will never do that the thoughts of it chills me to the bone lol.  But then you were always a glutton for punishment ha ha.  Keeps you on your toes Grace.  Keep cool and enjoy your day xxxx
