Messages Grace and Alfie 5 days, 6 hours agoDoesn’t it feel awesome when you finish a challenge? Also leaves you burned right out though, lol. Soon, you will get bored, feeling like what’s next. That will pass, ha, but starting a new challenge will feel daunting. It was for me, I tried chams not long after finishing, I lasted a day, I think it was too soon after Tops. I’m thinking of trying it again in November, hopefully I last longer than a day 🤭
