For sure, anything coming over into your land saw off. My neighbours trees were against the old fence and old, diseased and leaning to ours. We cut down some to do the fence and then after a bad wind another two were unsafe so we cut them down too. I was hoping for less leaves in the garden to clear up but the big sycamore tree is still there lol
