Yet another boiling hot day, the sun is burning through my window, fan going at full blast, went to Gt Yarmouth yesterday to Matalan, got myself 3 nice new pairs of shorts, came home and called in on my Grandson, asked him he if wanted to go swimming, he said yes, so we packed a swimming bag and headed back to Gt Yarmouth, the water was lovely, hadn't been swimming in years! Spent 2 and a half hours in the pool, I'm not a confident swimmer and hate going underwater but I managed some lengths up the deep end, T.K on the other hand is a good swimmer and can swim underwater the length of the pool, had a nice hot shower afterwards and headed back to Lowestoft to have a McDonalds, can certainly feel it in my arms, thighs today! x
