Another really hot sunny day. phew I'm sitting right in the window and the sun is making me melt. I'm going to Norwich tomorrow with 2 of my daughter's and grandson to see a show ( Songbird ) and have a sit down meal, kinda stressed out as we don't know how we are getting there as grandson's car broke down yesterday and needs fixing. My anxiety is sky high today, awful hollow feeling in my chest, coupled with nausea. I can't cope with too hot weather, my hayfever is dreadful too. Sorry for moaning....hoping I feel better as the day goes on, we usually go to Southwold on a Friday for our fish and chips x x
