Good afternoon! Did you get some writing done last night? John works a week then gets a week off, he’s taken a week holiday so he’s got 3 weeks off. He goes back on the 8th I think. He’s changing areas he works at so he’ll start going Tuesday to Tuesday now instead of Wednesday to Wednesday.
I have 4 mother in law tongues in pots in my house. I split one at Christmas and gave babies away with gifts, lol! I transplanted my herbs yesterday, I have them in pots because they can’t stay outside all year. I did buy mint and lemon balm to put outside but I have to prep the space yet. I cut the bottom off a large pot and put that in the ground leaving about 4 inches above ground. It stops them from spreading and the height lets me weed whack right up to it instead of having to weed by hand. I’m going out to plant the hedges, they’re just small right now. They are cotoneaster or something like that. I also need to get my Cala lily in the ground! It’s such a beautiful yellow!
