Last visit of the day,
Rain arrived around 3, just the light stuff & the usual dismal end to another drab day. James popped in for a while, he’d driven to Appleby to play golf as the course at L’s place is waterlogged. Rare as it’s a course thats usual able to keep going. So it shows how much we’ve had. He was off to L’s to collect Toby. B is in Manchester with ‘the girls’. Can’t be bad, bet it’s soggy in Manc land too 😂😂. Enjoy the evening, more footy or Olympics or both? Goodnight Judith, sleep well xxx

The Italian speed  skater did very well.
I will be watching the Olympics after our meal which is honey roast gammon with chips, egg and baked beans.
