Hi Judith I picked up another fruit tea blackberry & blueberry I had one the other week at dance hub but it was a Twinings but they only had it with other mixed fruit teas, but I found a Sainsburys own so going to try that.
I am trying to have 4 cups a tea a day at least & less cups of coffee......... I watched a program so going to see if it will help with my energy levels........ I do prefer builders tea strong with milk but no sugar xxx
