Happy Friday Ju! I was up and down all night...coughing spells. I'll be looking for rest later. Lol.  A cooler day and rain later. Looks like I'll be traveling in the wet. We  do need the rain so I'll not complain. I've tried preparing Mexican at home as well but could not get the flavors right. I do love Mexican dishes. The kiddos love it too.
