Hi Judith I have decided not to risk walking up for Bingo tonight it is still 28c no thunderstorm as yet so even that could be 2 hours away!!
Also I am performing on Saturday so really do need to pace myself....... at least Saturday I will be picked up in a car with air conditioning...... & the dance we are doing is very slow due to the excessive heat.......... I need to put new elastic in a skirt for Saturday so will do that if it cools later.......xxx

well work not too bad caught up paperwork all done - got some lovely feedback from the matron for ward i had a very abusive chap on i worked with apparently i have the patience of a saint she asked me to pass it on to my boss made my day!
