Hello Carmen,  spotted a  phoenix ty
We had a sunny day of 17c plus an icy breeze still.
I went to the physio for my shoulder and arm..
This afternoon I I visited the lady up the road and had a lovely chat with her.
We pay a monthly fee of $35 which helps cover our rent. There are only 7 of us.
