Hi Keith, Happy Wednesday!  Temps are still nice and cool, getting a good bit of rain as well.  With the nice weather, I've been pounding away at yard work- trying to do 1-2 hours a day and the burdock is finally giving way.  I don't have the strength to dig it out, but cut it as low as I can, I think by tomorrow I will have all of them cut back and then just keep going in and re-cutting as they try to grow back.  An hour or two is about all I can manage with my wrist.  I don't know if I told you that I am having a wrist surgery, I am so happy - it's just over a month away now and hopefully it will help, as the PT, the brace and the cortisone shots have not helped much.  The cortisone shot was great for awhile but it lasted less than a month and the pain was back.    I hope you are having a good week - you're probably on your way to see your dad soon.  Have a safe trip!
