Hello.....  I'm glad to hear the dr appt went well.  Hope the knee shots did also. Not sure if I mentioned, I have tendonitis in my left wrist/thumb (and I'm left handed) I went to dr yesterday hoping for a cortisone shot, but no luck, he wants conservative treatment, a brace, Voltaren gel, and hand therapy for 6-8 weeks. Arrgh,  although honestly the brace and the gel do seem to be helping. Can't start the therapy for 3 weeks due to her being booked up.   Sweet dreams my dear friend!
