Good evening Jeannie and it was a fine morning with a breeze, so I washed some towels and put them outside until mid afternoon, when it started to rain. So they are now on the clothes airer to finish off. I went a walk out. Lentil soup sounded lovely. This afternoon I did have a reading time. My very best wishes and lots of warming hugs. xx

Thursday evening sprinkles after a relatively quiet day. Actually saw the sun for more than a few minutes 😊
Murdo still in snoozing mode but has enjoyed some little biscuit treats this afternoon along with his bowl or two of tuna soup...
Going to do some knitting this evening followed by reading an Anthology of Scottish Folk Tales which was a lovely present....each area of Scotland having wonderful old stories...
Simple homemade soup for this evening's supper. My youngest, my son Kristien celebrates his Birthday today and will I'm sure be completely spoilt by his lovely wife and daughter.

Good morning, it now Friday here in NZ and the weather has returned to moosh after a mere 2 weeks of summer. Many areas in NZ (including where I live) are still recovering from flooding, catastrophic landslides & loss of life that occurred 3 weeks ago, so the experts will be out monitoring these areas.
I will be away for the next 2 days so my return sprinkles will be intermittent at best so, I apologize ahead of time.
