Morning Jeannie x Dave got on very well with his physio x a tiny little blond lady x but she was quite forceful x she has given him lots of exercises and I think he'd better do them x or she will give him trouble x
Lovely sunny day here but the temperature is getting quite autumnal x we picked all the squashes yesterday and the courgettes x I think that'll be it now x hope you have a good day x

Good evening Jeannie and I haven't filled the freezer up yet, but not too much space left. I got quite a lot of frozen items this morning so if we have a spell of really bad weather and don't want to go out, I certainly won't starve. I am having to think about making the Christmas Cakes soon. Have only got three to make now. My neck has been bothering me worse today. I booked a holiday yesterday for a short break, but not until next November, 26. I have got one this November for 5 days, then another in February. I will be glad when Grace is allowed home. Beth visited after work this afternoon. Sending you my very best wishes and lots of love and hugs. xx P.S. The weather here today was sunny this morning then we had rain and drizzle this afternoon, but no wind. xx
