I hope you had a lovely weekend and didn’t have to work today.
I went to see James and my parents yesterday, I stayed over night too. We took 4 large poplars down trees down at my mom and dad’s, they were leaning badly over the garage and before they fell on it we got them safely cut down. It was a lot of work, especially in the heat but it was worth it to alleviate dad’s worry. I had a nice visit with James too.

Happy Sunday! And Happy Mother's Day to ALL the moms of any kind out there! The kids came over list night and brought the baby- he's such a good happy baby! Today I of course called my mom- blessed to have a mom to call today! Otherwise a pretty quiet day around here. Watching the race now and seeing the time until the weekend ends fly by! Have a great afternoon!

😂 yes, dad got over his sulks and it's exactly as you described with how your dad was, like a toddler. Oh that made me laugh though, your dad didn't even like the food until he couldn't have it 😂 It was a beautiful day here but the wind was very high, we have a pair of Crows visiting the garden (we think they're feeding babies) and one of them was nearly blown from the top of a tree over the back of us!! Glad work was busy enough to keep you going! Happy Mother's Day, it seems so odd saying that as we've already celebrated it here in the UK. I'm off to get a snack to watch my wrestling show (yes, yes, I know 😂😂). Have a lovely evening xx
