Hi Kim, thanks for spotting the BB. , I cant even wear ankle boots love. Tops of feet to knees all the way up to my knees swell badly, despite low dose water tablets to reduce the swelling. I do as much movement as l can but very little helps. I even tried a bigger size shoe/s but that was no good either. I like apple pies but rarely buy them, my downfall was plain crisps but not bought them in an age because of the salt content.. Hun l just cant win . Friends say accept it you are getting on in years. I reply Bulls*&t , on good energy days, l do as much if not more work than folk 20 years younger . Covid has a lot to answer for . Once my daily walking was vetoed and having those bloomin jabs everything went to pot. Sorry love venting , mad with myself too xxx
