It's so frustrating, I'm trying to lose weight but am held back all the time because I'm physically unable to exercise because of the damage to my lungs. FFS I can run out of breath just having a conversation!! I have to admit the report I saw today did give me pause, specialists are saying that once you start you "might" need to be on it for life. There are 'apparently' studies showing a very high percentage of people have regained all the weight lost within a year of stopping the injections. How many ordinary people can afford that for life? Especially if the prices rise each year!!!

Friday evening splashes.  you really got a winner with Calli!!  And Lucky too!!  Went for a follow up dentist appointment today, the place where the tooth was taken out is healed.  So now I can go to the regular dentist to find about about denture, or whatever to fill-in the big gap left by this tooth taken out, and a previous one right next.  Always something when you get old!!!
