Hi Kim, from watching my daughter and granddaughter I realize how exhausting your jobs can be. My granddaughter works as a PSW in the community traveling from client to client. My daughter works in dietary in a long term care  home. She works with approximately 32 residents who have dementia. Both love their jobs but it's an exhausting profession.
