Good 1st day of the New Year, Lovely!!!  Ooooh, what a night!  There were so many fireworks and fire crackers going off, there was even a neighbor who had his stereo outside playing music.  The champagne was flowing, neighbors were happy.....it was great.  I finally went to bed at 1:30am!  Slept like a log until 8:15 and my body said get up  lol!   Yesterday, I got dinner ready for today, so all I have to do is pop the roast in the oven and let the stove do the rest.  How was your evening?  Sorry...another phone call....How's your day going so far?  What's your plan for dinner?  I hope you're not doing too much...it's a day to relax and stay out of the winter weather....be safe, be cozy, be warm and know you're loved!  Biggest hugs, Gorgeous  xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox
