Hi Patricia,  The Trim-bow is 2 inhales twice a day,  same more or less with the Salbutamol, or extra if needed.. The plastic tube needs to be cleaned regularly, as well as rinsing your mouth each day.. I must say, I feel a bit off when I'm finishing a full course of prednisolone and antibiotics. I'm pleased you are feeling better each day..  I understand now how you have to pay a premium.. each month,  I have to say,  it's the very same here, there are those that get everything for nothing,  it's gone on for years..  If you know how to work the system..  your laughing.. xx
Sadly We are not that fortunate,  we've worked for all we have..  I couldn't live a life like that..  In hindsight you would have signed up for the plan Patricia.. It does make you wonder how Canada get free health care and US don't.    Oh talking of Dr's.. or lack of them.   We've not seen one in over 4 yrs,  We have Nursing Practitioners now doing the work of GPs..  on much less money..  Hope you have a lovely weekend Patricia,  sleep well, sending hugs my dear xxx
