Happy New Year, Lizzy. Still cold with lots of snow. We got a real doozy of a storm. Left overs are always my favorite, you are right about always cooking to much. I guess we are afraid of not having enough so we over compensate. Larry has to go back to work tomorrow. He’s been off for 2 weeks. At least it’s only for 1 day and then the weekend to recoup from that one day…lol💜
