The ground is white and it’s snowing and blooming freezing.  I’m thinking twice about going shopping now as it could be a bit slippery underfoot.  The exercises are progressing and I think I could be feeling a slight improvement.  I don’t expect to hear about my eyes for about a year.  The optician said that was about the length of the waiting list so he would refer me and the eyes should be ready for treatment by then.  Nothing is simple these days.  It’s coffee time now.  Hope you and Dave are keeping safe and warm.  Have a good day xx
