Herllo Evelyn, after our lovely Summer day here yesterday I woke to pouring rain. And it has rained all day. Only 3 of us turned up for the Monday Morning Coffee Club and we really didn't stay long as we sit outside. This afternoon I worked at the Charity Shop and we were busy as the tourists really had nothing else to do. Certainly not beach weather. And more rain coming tomorrow which will impact on the Melbourne Cup, a horse race. The whole purpose of the long weekend. The track will be soggy and the ladies will not be able to display their expensive clothes. I am more worried about the fine race horses from all around the world dealing with the track. I really do not have any interest in horse racing. However the Melbourne Cup is a big event here, hence a long weekend devoted to it. Enjoy your day.

You know i love my fairyland friends
     cuz they all live where the rainbow ends
     we sit  and chat and sprinkle away
     in the hopes of level 42 some day
     we finally make it and think we're done
     then another release to hook everyone
     we want to replant; we start to get bored
     we buy more dust we cant afford
     it must be super; it has to be great
     the perfect critter will eat our bait
     we water and wait if it takes all day
     cuz the best critter of all is on the way!
