Insurance companies are always looking for blame, however much you pay in, making you feel guilty, they have a go funding page, and have made a sibstantial amount upto now, they are appealing for workmen and their time to help clear the whole house out now as everything is ruined from fire and water hoses, I am not sure where they are staying, the people had not renewed their insurance either, theyve had wormken there today putting up scaffold and boarding out the internal flooring, there is no roof at all at the moment, its horrifying x
