I should have said, she does invite me but I tend to go with my aunt to my cousin's as at 91 she no longer drives and they don't have to turn out to take her home. I don't drink because of migraines and she only lives about 5 minutes away from me. I works well.

Hi I'm fine, just the normal aches and pains! I understand that you don't always have time, I've taken the odd break too. Glad it's you not me catering for 10 I have enough problems cooking for one. lol I must admit I was in the card shop today selecting special Christmas cards and this evening I was chatting to Sue, the nun, trying to find out what she would like Santa to bring her as I need to get it sorted by the end of November as they're just so busy in December. She seemed stunned but there's only about 6 weeks left and I'll only see her a couple more times before then. You'll have a great time with the children at Christmas and I'm sure you'll get help from your daughter in law. Unfortunately you're the one who's got to get all the food in. Tess has her husband's family come up from Devon to stay until the new year, that's 6 plus her 4 and Christmas day she has her mum and Sam's 4 for Christmas dinner, that's 13, one vegetarian and one celiac, I think I'd run away. LOLOL
