I too buy cheap trainers. Have you admit they do fall apart pretty quickly.
The wind and rain have abated. Actually looks quite a nice day. Might hang my washing out.

Morning Dianne, I've had a mixed bag viewing tv wise. Started running & jumping then went to Rye. Sadly not your Rye but one near Hastings. Guess your familiar with the map of England. lol.
