Hi Dianne, just back from town where I had an interesting chat with the waitress in the café. Turns out she has a 15 year old brother who is autistic. It was only discovered a year ago @ school. So we had a very interesting chat about Autism. Not busy in the café so we chatted for ages...They only have one longish shelf of books, but I will check on that. My thoughts go back to when you started sorting books @ your Op Shop & not everyone was best pleased... Think if I lived alone I would like to work a Monday in my charity shop but my time is needed here..Just downloaded the Moscow book. I love reading about places I have been. Bit like the Bookbinder one. If it hadn't had Bookbinder in the title I would have given it a pass. I'm through about a 100 pages of that book & enjoying it mainly because it takes me back to my early print days. I've got my ear buds in ready to kick off to Moscow..This could be goodnight but who knows. lol. Chatters will be chatters. lol....Jackdaw...fanx.

Hello Dianne, glad things worked out ok even if your day went into overtime. As you may have seen it got a bit chaotic here, it was the loves & fishes situation. Now I'm sitting here eating some left over scraps. Picked up the Bookbinder book & have got through a couple of chapters.It's taken me down memory lane as most things do these days. Reminds me of when I started my apprenticeship in a firm which printed & collated large magazines. Lot of terms used & I could almost get that printing smell. We always said it smelt of money. lol. Tomorrow it's audio day. Not sure if I ought to finish one before I start the other. Only I'm not sure my little brain could cope with both @ once. Will be fun though. When are your next round of guests arriving?. Have a relaxing evening.
