Hi Dianne, I've just looked up why is a timepiece called a watch. Because of it's association with watchman. The penny then dropped with me as when we did a shift in the RAF it was called a watch. There are other similar variations of it. My day has not been wasted.. lol.

Evening Dianne, yes 12cm is high for a shower tray. I've found in the past that work in a shower ends up a complete makeover. ..Tracey messaged Jason a month or two ago about Sandra's dementia, No reply or acknowledgement @ all.  .Just realised I'm writing this message on my own wall. Could be that I had another poor night.Pain in my thumb joint which I diagnosed as gout.I had that in my foot about twenty years ago & it don't arf hurt.Also still getting a blocked nose when I lie down. I'm a mess. lol. I nearly made a big error during the night. Although I can't sleep I had a real life dream. I go a message from my friend Kev's new lady saying it was all over. I so nearly sent the message on the Kev's grieving wife, but thought it could be a scam & it would upset her even more. So this morning the first thing I looked for on here was any sign of it being true. Of course there isn't. But it was so real.. Crazy. That watch is going to make you really fit.. Hi Dianne
My watch is connected to my phone. The app says how much charge and then when its fully charged a reminder comes up. I leave my phone downstairs when I go to bed. This means my watch is 'looking' for it. Consequently I have to charge it more.
Another drizzly day. I have a Vinted sale, so will have to Sally forth to post.
