Late Hi Dianne, yes that was a strange way of giving you the Indigenous book, but the good thing is it's yours forever. I'm obviously back from a pleasant trip to town. The post boxes in the streets have now been updated so you can post packages there, seems weird. Nice chat with the guy next door who is off on a river cruise this week. I am left in charge of his house, not that there is anything that wants doing other than the bins. Anyway, it's goodnight from me. Enjoy the book. I did pop in the library & they promise they will chase Orbital up..

Hi Di Hi Dianne, to see all those books thrown away must bring you to tears. Is there nowhere they can store these books so you can go through them when you arrive. Has anyone asked him why he throws perfectly good books in the bin. He need putting straight. He should be told to get permission of what's to be binned. Surely the person in charge should check?. Your right about Orbital, I will go into the library again this morning & get them to make a more thorough search as to what has happened to it. Think I told you last week they said it's in London & takes a while to get here. I'm only thirty odd miles away. I nearly ordered a Julian Barnes book, the one that was made into a film, 'Metroland'. But if I did that would mean I have three on order & knowing how life goes it would be all or nowt. I don't think Sandra will join me  in town this morning. When I got up she was slumped in her chair saying I was up three times with them during the night. My reply as usual was ' it's your choice'. I have offered a suggestion or two but they get ignored.. Thank the Lord it's only for one week. lol. Enjoy your chicken kiev.. I'm now off to town to find some sanity..lol. Have a fun evening.

Hi Dianne, I imagine the book was for Heidi. If she was out when delivered you were the next choice. Strange though, no message. Whatever it's great that it has fallen into your hands with your interest in indigenous peeps. I think that's wonderful history you have there. Makes me wonder how it all came about. Why do some have different coloured skin  & also different design, if that's the right word, faces. Why aren't we all exactually the same? .Life's a mystery, to me anyway. An early Evening hello, I'm not awake yet as I was awoken by my alarm. It's like being mugged, not that I have. lol. The only times I usually need a alarm to wake me is if we have an early start for a holiday. Straight away I wasn't best pleased as I see the door I decided to keep shut was wide open. Such is life. Surely your GPS on your phone talks to you so no need to look @ it?? I logged onto here expecting a full report on your mum, but it's best you visit when it's just the two of you. I get the feeling I've heard about Miriam becoming an Australian citizen on one of the chat shows I've seen her on. Risqué is the right word to describe her. I'll be back when my mind is clearer. I feel like I'm in a fog.. Have fun....PM...fanx.

Hi Dianne, I use Waze on my phone for guidance, & it has never let me down. I used to use a bigger gps which I liked. I had it with a Yoda voice which I loved but most hated it. Was fun. The GPS saved me getting lost as maps seemed to lead me astray. I used to transport Josh around the country to ping tournaments, & nine times out of ten we would have a argument about directions. That was pre GPS..Enjoy the evening. Has the weather improved? That Miriam is funny. Have you seen her on a chat show? What a scream. See Collingwood did win yesterday, they are now 7th as you may well know. Go Pies Go..

Morning Dianne, yes the cats are now safely installed. The one that normally hides under a bed for a couple of days has changed it's ways. It's being sociable right from the off. Was fish day today, can't go far wrong with that. I've copied your family tree, well put it in my archive box for future reference. I do remember you telling me all about your first born. Sandra has gone to bed extra early which tells me she is planning on feeding the cats through the night. Don't ask, I've tried & got nowhere, so has Tracey. I did watch part of the PIES game on our tv earlier this evening but Tracey turned up so I didn't see the end. They were winning. I'm off to bed soon. Have a super Saturday...
