Morning Dianne, the meal you cooked sounds really complicated especially to a kitchen novice. This evening I put some chicken legs on the BBQ. Now I have some large potatoes hanging about so I thought I'd chop one up as chips. Put them in the air fryer. They turned out edible but noy what I wanted. Tracey who popped in said did you oil them. How was I to know that. lol. Which brings me to lunch time when I decided to cook a couple of eggs in the air fryer as advised by my Opie friends. They said ten minutes for hard eggs so as I like dippy eggs I gave them five minutes. Took the first one out & put it in a egg cup. Cracked it open with a spoon & there was a almighty bang & the top of the egg flew past my head. It was such a shock. Seems funny now but it shook me..I suppose the moral of the story is go back to boiling in a saucepan. Have you been to Nashville? Only that's where I am now. Looks an amazing place.
