I did something stupid a while ago. I tried a "plank" to see how long I could hold it. Did make it to 60 seconds but decided to stop. Well, now my back is hurting. I'm not good for myself. LOL
In the afternoon I cut some fabric off of one t-shirt. Then hemmed it. Turned out ok, but it took a long time. I'd started chicken in the oven for our dinner before starting the sewing portion. I'm pleased with it. Might do another tomorrow.
