Randy has been a good boy today.  Eating just fine.  He hasn't been getting me up like he was in the summertime.  Last night we went to bed early and we're getting up earlier because it's lighter at 6-ish now. 

Walked on the treadmill early evening for 36 minutes (mile and a half).  Our smart watches did not change, so I've decided to only wear it at night to see how I sleep.  Don tried to change it on his phone where he can keep track of things, too, and it didn't work.  Don can still wear it to keep track of his workout time, etc.

Hi, Janet!  Thanks for the Scorpion and Citrine Birthstone.  :)  Good luck with your bloodwork tomorrow.  They weren't crowded today (lack of doctors), so we didn't have to wait that long.  I guess next time we'll have to go to the Quest up the street.  Quest should be Quest anywhere...they just have a business in Intermountain Healthcare.  Oh, well....rules are rules.  :) 

Messaged with Christopher for a while this afternoon.  He's very depressed because he has to use a cane to walk.  Still not doing that well in that department.  I never mention anything else to him except if you tell your inner self you can change your attitude, after a while it works.
