The alarm just went off for the roast. First time I've used the enamel cast iron dutch oven. It's heavy. Don helped me when it was time to flip the pork roast. It says it's at the correct temperature, but you know me...it's going a bit longer. I made sure to tell him that he's never to get one (two) this large again. It was 4 lbs. There's only two of us. So I cut it in half with the juices going over the top of the stove. I am a freak when it comes to raw meat...and cleaned it up really good & the sink got a good clean out, too.
