Before I forget...thanks for the Gecko!  I'll be trying to get a chocolate something or other in my nest one of these days.  Haven't had much luck yet.  Better get to hunting.  Take care & I'll be back later! 

Read on nextdoor that two people were killed just up the road from us on Rt. 160...in a 3-car wreck.  This happened 2 days ago & glad we didn't need to go to Vegas for anything.  The roads were closed for a long, long time.  :(  People need to slow down and pay attention.  When Don was coming out with the pizza for lunch, an older lady nearly got hit by a truck...the driver was looking at his phone...and she screamed.  People need to put their phones down.  Take care!  xxx

Hi, Janet!  I'll be glad when the Dexa scan is over with.  They sent a message on my phone but I've yet to read it until Don is able to see it, too.  After lunch (pizza at Mia Ava's) we came home and trimmed the three bushes out front that are the same.  I'll get to the other when the bees are finished with the blue flowers.  Yikes, I don't want to bother them and get stung.  I'm really tired as it was sunny and hot.  Don brought me a bottle of water from the fridge...then when he left for the gym, I made a small ice cream cone.  :)  So, here I sit.  It will be in the 80's by Friday.  Heat in a hurry!

We'll probably have fish for dinner in the air fryer.  I certainly don't want to use the oven, although it's very cool in the house and on the patio.  It's just the clear blue skies and 78 degrees.  It will feel much better out there when the Palo Verde gets its leaves.
