Hi, Janet!  We love Roy Orbison.  He was good with the "Travelin' Wilbury's", too.  :)  I'm glad you got out to do some weeding & had your hair cut.  It always takes me a day or so to get my hair to do anything after a haircut.  And today it's so windy it wouldn't do to comb it but once in the morning.  Ha ha ha! 

I fixed chicken in the oven and it's nearly ready.  Since Randy wasn't eating and it was 1:30 or so, I cut some of the chicken off the end of one piece and cooked some up quick in one pan & rice in another.  So he's had a real treat!  I don't want him to get dehydrated and he wasn't eating anything or drinking.  He left the one blueberry I'd put atop the dry food.  What a dog!  Ha ha!

Yes, it's a shame we live so far apart.  I think we'd get along famously and like the same things.  That's life!  :(  Well....I'd best check on that chicken and cut up some carrots.  We need to go to the store, too, tomorrow. 

Trying to decide if we should go get out bloodwork done.  The doc called in my prescription so I didn't have to call him.  I only had one more week of the fluoxetine left, and our appt. isn't until May 5th.  :)  Take care!  xx

Hi, Janet!  Thanks for the Pygmy Mouse!  Hope you are doing whatever makes you happy today.  We are still sitting here watching the news.  I've been in FL, of course.  Randy didn't feel good this morning, but his tummy has decided to stop with all the noise.  Maybe he'll eat when he's good and ready.  I put a blueberry on top of the dry food. 

Are you getting your hair cut with Carole today?  Probably that happened hours ago, right?  I snipped away at my bangs last night and think they will look better today. 

I will work on my little house again today.  Had fun working on it after dinner yesterday.  Made the back door with two small windows...like a french door opening.  :)  I need to carve a small flag and a flag holder, as it will be 3-D!  ;)  Ha ha!  Hope I can do that and have it look decent.  I'll let you know. 

The rose bush appears to be doing ok but slowly.    Happy it's still alive.  Took some pictures of the new and spent cactus flowers.  Someone on Nextdoor posted beautiful photos of different blooms on unusual cactus plants.  Wow!  I'd try some but already have enough on my hands & in my skin!  Ha ha
