Oh...and then forgot to take my pills...add that!  Don wasn't feeling so good with a side ache that he thought was most likely irritable bowel?  I was worried all night thinking he'd wake me up and need to go somewhere.  He started feeling better during the night and still doesn't want to eat anything...or nothing sounds good to him.  He didn't go to the gym yesterday, so it wasn't anything related to stress on the muslcles, etc. 

Hope you're having a good day.  We're to have a high of 98...and it's already 84 at 9:40 a.m.  Won't take long to heat up.  I watered the cactus plants out front last evening knowing they're not on the watering system.  Then trimmed the one bush that needed a little off here and there.  At least the sun was not on me and it was a bit cooler in the early evening.  Take care & have a good Wednesday.  xxx

Hi, Janet!  Thanks for the Albino Mole, Janet!  :)  Been up since 6 (again).  Seems like normal times anymore.  With all the rigamarole I have to do once up, I nearly have to get up at that time.  Get Randy's salmon/rice out, dry food, water, start the coffee pot, let the dog out, measure out water/milk and oats for oatmeal, let the dog in, start the microwave for 1 minute and a half, wash blueberries, get the wholesome wellness out and put in coffee cup, look around and see that tiny flying thing that's been in the house a week and now right on the cupboard above the microwave, try getting him, nope, stir oatmeal, set timer for another minute, flying bug teasing you, miss it again, notice that oatmeal is fluffing up and pouring out of the bowl, got him (bug), clean up the glass plate in microwave, put sugar and cinnamon in bowl, pour coffee in cup, stir to dissolve wholesome wellness, go sit down to eat.  Whew!  I'm tired!  LOL
