Hi, Janet!  I'm determined to have a nice day.  Up 2x during the night putting Theraworx on my legs.  My calves just keep lightly cramp up and then my foot starts wanting to move and as it gets worse, I just have to hop out of bed.  First one leg...and then the next.  I'm too old for this...ha ha ha!  I've been trying different things to keep myself going.  Had Cream of Wheat for breakfast!  Have never missed a day of the Wholesome Wellness.  Oh, well....took an Aleve and hopefully things will feel better tonight.  Usually feel better after I'm all ready for the day.

Randy slept well.  I put a couple of blankets on the floor so when he got up, it wouldn't be so far for him to jump down.  I didn't hear any whine, so that's a good sign.  He's still favoring the leg a bit.  He's been getting lots of attention and kisses on the noggin. 

I hope you can get your computer figured out by Mark and back home today.  He seems like such a nice man and willing to help.  You are very lucky to have found him.
