Hi, Janet!  Don will try again in the morning to get a spot to at least get in the building!  Today when he knew it was useless, he got a haircut, which he needed, also!  :)  I hope he gets it over with tomorrow.  Fingers crossed.  The DMV is over by the courthouse where Ruth across the street works. 

One of the jigsaws is now glued together.  Not sure if I'll put another coat on it or not.  Don is going to try to make some frames for them.  That will give him something to do, right?  :)

I don't have a jigsaw and no book to read, so I'll think of something else to do until dinner time.  Maybe I'll take the kitchen window out and clean it.  No....another day for that. 

What have you been up to today?  Hope something to keep you busy.  I already washed my bedspread and have it made up again.  Regular clothes are in the dryer.  Randy finally ate but wanted wet food first.  What a dog!  His belly was making all sorts of racket this morning.

Hi, Janet!  Very nice today.  It's 83 degrees with a breeze.  We just came inside from "weeding" on the sides of the house.  One side is in the shade, so I start there.  The other on Nick's side is like the desert.  ;)  Not a whole lot over there. Nick had someone out to weed and that man who looked older than Nick, started blowing leaves first.  I think the weeds are gone but Nick was out with the blower, as I think the worker put them all behind his bushes in the front.  Anyway, all is well now.  I'm tired and could take a nap. 

Don wanted up early to go to the DMV.  Well, when he got there, they had already closed down the # of people for the day.  :(  Over 110 were already in line.  So he's going back  tomorrow.  The soonest he could get in with an appointment would be June 3.  His temporary tag expires on May 5th.  The gal told him that the Pahrump Police would not cite him if he was stopped because they know how busy they are this time of year. That's good to know.
