Did your Mom like the little Dutch girl and flowers? You are going to have to come to terms with that situation with your sister. Be happy that you have the ability to forgive.
Maybe the pain your mom inflicted upon your sister cannot be forgiven in your sister's eyes. Maybe that's her karma.
