Hi Lynn and BouViz! 🌿♥️🌿
Boy your garden tilling and working the soil brings back memories! My brother, Patrick was a gardener extraordinaire! He worked his garden soil for over 30 years and it's still rich and dark to this day. Always had a compost pile going, but it also took soil samples to some place in town and they'd tell you what your soil was lacking. I remember him buying bone meal . One Autumn the beach had washed up all sorts of seaweed. We came back with garbage bags to collect it. Later in the season, Patrick worked that into the soil. He swore the following spring that that was the best soil ever! Sure do miss the excitement of having a big garden.
Hope you're able to work that sandy soil up! Sending love, hugs and rubz 💟
