I hear you on the frustrating to-do list. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy. Finally, at this age (73 next month) I'm realizing my limitations....both physical and economic. I can't beat myself up for not being able to do things I could 10 years ago or keep the house up like I did with 2 other incomes & helpers. That's just not the reality. So I do what I can each day and if something starts to hurt. I stop. Yes, overthinking is counter productive. Stop it !!! Lol.
Hang in there and smell the roses and listen to the music. Love, hugs and rubz 💟
