Gargling with saltwater is good Leslie I must admit I don’t do it end up swallowing half of it funny how we both have coughs that are lingering on. Hope it’s a bit warmer  here today I’m glad it’s the art club today always nice and warm in there  drawn a couple of things up so I’ll decide when i get there  which I’ll do taking water colour paints today I’ve put the pencils on one side for now might just use them as normal coloured pencils I’ll be able to blend them better it’s all practice usnt it .hope you are getting a good sleep after your gargle I didn’t do too bad last night . Better get my breakfast next . Xx
