Morning Linda
Thank you for a Mole. Bit dull this morning I have a wash load on though. Have taken my tablet I am actually starting to feel a bit better not so stiff and painful hoping the Alendronic Acid is working. Also I have been doing the exercises and walking a bit more. Seeing the Physio tomorrow. Off to Stamford today to the Retail Park B and M and Morrisons. Nothing exciting there but a trip out.
