I wrote in the suggestion box that I would like to I think that capybaras would be fun.
It is the largest rodent. They could add him/her/&Baby.   Not to make us spot more mice but to add variety with babies.   I think that they would be fun.

Red Panda garden would include the following -
A Fully Grown Mushroom
(For great results use a Fully Grown Pink Cap Mushroom, unless you have not progressed that far, then use best available.
Alternatively, if you are able to, use a Supershroom as these often give even better results - please remember you may get Caterpillars though!)
2 x Fully Grown Bamboo Plants
2 x Fully Grown RED Piscis Aquabullae
2 x Fully Grown RED Bellis Lycaena
2 x High Tables of Bamboo Food

TOP TIP
To get Bamboo Food first you need a Fully Grown Bamboo plant and an empty plate in your garden. Then you have to spot a black and white critter in another garden that has a Fully Grown Bamboo plant to get bamboo food on your empty plate.

Spotting a panda gives you double organic bamboo, any other black and white critter gives standard organic.
