Been awake since silly o'clock .
We're heading to the coast before it gets too hot , Frank & Molly can paddle in the sea .
Molly has small bites on her paws & chest either from the field or the garden (ants) so no field for her for a while .
I'm going to get some shampoo to ease the itching .
