Morning Yvonne bit chilly this morning & grey so far so its going to be cooler today got a wind coming in!
not sure what i did different this week but lost 4lbs! happy as dropped just down into next stone bracket always a boost!!
glad all went well at docs & you enjoyed a coffee cake & shop wander always nice!
I can bet things will calm down now Lana is back because i seem to have all the complex cases and there cant possibly be more lol

Bee Eater ty.  Yeah, too bad. But they were snobs unfortunately.
I don't cook either. I heat up stuff. LOL I eat pasta and veggies, rice and beans, veggie burgers (out of a box lol) Nothing fancy. I think you could handle that if I was there lol.  I've been a vegetarian for over 30 years and it's not that hard and that was again before the stuff they have today.  Heck, a cheese sandwich is fine as well lol. Curries literally make me sick. I find them disgusting. Whenever I used to fly to England, curries was the only vegetarian option for dinner on the plane. Just the smell makes me want to throw up. I do like Mexican food...which has a little spice. But I don't eat the super spicy stuff. I have IBS so it's a big no for me.
