This is brilliant news James.  Well done you, on not just accepting that fine when you clearly did not deserve it.  It just shows you with perseverance you got your justice and more importantly the money back you shouldn't have had to pay in the first place.  What's more you now have the Chairman's support by giving you his number, if anything like that should happen again.  I am so pleased for you as excellent customers you should never have been treated like that.  Oh and yes, and that manager is definitely in deep doo doo  lol. xx

I had an idea it might be that.  My hubby had it and had to have it removed as well.  It's common enough I have friends who have had it to.  Glad it's done and dusted James.  It's important now for you to stay out of sun and wear your factor in the summer.  I know all about what consultants charge for their private practise.  I just work on a ward under two nephrology consultants.  Just glad you have it over you now.  Sending big hugs xxx
