James we are exactly the same.  I have a big collection of Dvds as well.   It was something my son said a long time ago.  You can pay to watch a movie on Sky or what ever but you don't have anything physical in your hand so to speak.  He didn't like that.  So he always bought his own he has a massive collection as well.  What I found now when you watch the telly we have a lot of the old British comedy series.  Because of the PC brigade they are cut to ribbons on the telly.  It ruins the whole thing.   We have the originals with all the sarcasm and bad language and it's so funny.  Every thing you say is correct I wouldn't be without my collection either. xxx

They got it wrong James that's why they cant give you a reason or explanation.  The very least they can do is apologise to you.  But if you haven't had one of those yet I doubt you ever will.  It's a disgrace.  I don't blame you for being annoyed.

But how disgusting to be blocked for doing nothing,,, they first need to get their facts right,,, I have seen items put on FB which I have found disturbing,,, just after losing my mum,,, it wasn’t a family member who thought it was funny to show women in coffee tables who were meant to be dead,,, I reported,, nothing was done,,, no longer have her on my friend list,,, and it wasn’t because my mum had just passed,,, but I found is sick,,,

Blimey James...that's unbelieveable.  If they hadn't removed you from FB I would have been suspicious it was a scam.  I don't like the fact they wanted access to your laptop.  Although these days all the apps want proof your who you say you are.  I would be furious to if I got no apology or reason as to why it happened.  It's really not good enough.  I agree with you the whole FB thing is crappy!!
